Note: these backpacks are approved for entry to Bassnectar headline events (festivals not included). Please read rules to music festivals for what is permitted in to the venue. Venues with 100% bag restriction may not allow any bags. Carefully check each event page for allowed and prohibited items.
Why is this product made to order?
We have partnered with several manufacturers around the world to to produce our new merch without the need of a local inventory / warehouse. This method takes a couple extra days for production but greatly reduces risk of over-stock & allows a more expansive merch library and faster merch rollout.
Why is shipping so expensive when i have more than one item in my cart?
We have multiple production partners in various locations & shipping charges are based on distance to the customer. When ordering multiple products it is possible that each item can come from a different manufacturer & result in a higher than normal shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Each made to order item will feature an accurate size chart, so please review before placing an order. If you receive an incorrect item or size, please reach out to our customer support by filling out this form.
